At PM Metalli, our Custom Cutting Service offers precision cut to size solutions tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking to cut to size Aluminium plates, cut to size Aluminium blocks, cut to size Aluminium discs, or cut to size Aluminium bars, our advanced equipment and expertise ensure top-quality results.

Leveraging six high-performance band saws—three horizontal and three vertical—we provide exceptional flexibility in custom cutting service applications. Our horizontal saws accommodate blades up to 80 mm wide, delivering both speed and accuracy. We also operate four Schelling circular saws capable of precision cuts on large-format materials. For disc production, two specialized machines can cut Aluminium discs from Ø 320 mm to Ø 2 500 mm at 510 mm thickness. To complete our offering, high-speed bar saws handle extruded and cast Aluminium bars up to Ø 700 mm with ease.

The custom cutting service is supported by six band saws—three horizontal and three vertical.
The horizontal saws feature blade widths of 54 mm (rotatable for vertical cuts) and 80 mm for high-speed cutting. Our maximum cutting width is 3,050 mm, and we can handle lengths of approximately 8 m.
